What to Expect
Each session begins with a gentle conversation. I’ll ask if you’ve experienced Reiki or sound healing before, what inspired you to book, and what you’re currently navigating. You’re invited to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. This is a space where you are met with compassion, presence, and care. Sometimes I simply listen; other times I may offer reflections or suggestions if it feels supportive.
When it feels complete and you’ve expressed what needed to be shared, I’ll ask if you have any questions before we begin. I’ll also remind you that this is your session. If at any point you feel uncomfortable — too warm, too cold, or in need of a pause — I encourage you to let me know so we can make adjustments. There is no need to please me; your comfort and well-being come first.
You’ll then rest fully clothed on the treatment table as we begin with a few gentle breathing exercises to support your nervous system in settling. From there, I layer in sound using a variety of instruments, followed by Reiki energy healing. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and may include guided visualization, inner-child meditations, or other intuitively inspired modalities that gently support your unique healing journey.
At the end of the session, I’ll gently tap you on the shoulder to let you know it’s complete. I’ll step out briefly to allow you time to reorient and move at your own pace.
Afterward, we’ll take a few moments to debrief and reflect on anything that came forward. Many clients describe feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful, or grounded, while others feel energized and renewed. Some experience sensations such as warmth or gentle tingling, while others may notice colors, images, memories, or symbolic impressions. Every session is unique.
I always recommend arriving with openness and letting go of expectations, trusting that you’ll receive what’s meant for you in that moment.
