Welcome to Ishii Healing Arts. By accessing or using this website, booking a session, attending an event, or participating in any offerings provided by Ishii Healing Arts (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Ishii Healing Arts provides holistic wellness services including, but not limited to:

  • Reiki energy healing

  • Sound healing experiences

  • Guided meditation and visualization

  • Mentorship and intuitive coaching

  • Group healing circles, trainings, and workshops

  • Virtual and in-person sessions

All services are intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, and personal growth.

2. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Ishii Healing Arts does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

  • Reiki, sound healing, and mentorship are complementary wellness practices

  • These services are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care

  • Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health, choices, and well-being.

3. Client Responsibility & Consent

By booking or participating in any service, you affirm that:

  • You are voluntarily choosing to participate

  • You understand the nature of the services offered

  • You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being

  • You will communicate any relevant health considerations prior to sessions

Participation indicates informed consent.

4. Booking, Payments & Pricing

  • All pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise stated

  • Payment is required to secure your booking

  • Accepted payment methods may include Zelle, Venmo, or other methods listed at checkout

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice

Package sessions, trainings, and group events may have separate terms outlined at the time of purchase.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individual Sessions

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee

Packages, Trainings & Events

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Refunds for group events or trainings are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis

  • Missed sessions within a training may require paid private sessions to fulfill requirements

Specific terms may be outlined at the time of registration.

6. Trainings & Certification Disclaimer

Completion of Reiki trainings through Ishii Healing Arts signifies participation and practice within this lineage and teaching style.

  • Certification does not imply licensure or medical qualification

  • Students are responsible for understanding local laws regarding energy work

  • Ishii Healing Arts is not responsible for how students choose to practice after training

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, logos, manuals, slides, and course materials—is the intellectual property of Ishii Healing Arts unless otherwise stated.

  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission

  • Training materials are for personal use only

8. Confidentiality

We honor your privacy and confidentiality.

  • Personal information shared during sessions is treated with respect
